Our Mission
The Purpose of Grafton County Senior Citizens Council is to develop, strengthen and provide programs and services which support the health, dignity and independence of older adults and adults with disabilities living in our communities.
Services by Town
The council has locations in Lebanon, Canaan, Orford, Woodsville/Haverhill, Plymouth, Bristol, Lincoln and Littleton, and provides a range of services and programs to older residents of 39 communities within Grafton County.
1. Over 60 population residing in Grafton County, 2000 Census 2. Services provided to persons aged 60 and older and adults with disabilities. GCSCC provides additional services, including information & referral, recreation, education, adult day care, health screening, discount cards, chore/home repair service, telephone reassurance.
