The Purpose of Grafton County Senior Citizens Council is to develop, strengthen and provide programs and services which support the health, dignity and independence of older adults and adults with disabilities living in our communities.

Since 2003, GCSCC's Home Care program - operating out of the Center for Elder Services in Lebanon - has offered companionship and light housekeeping through the Adult In Home Care, Elder Care or Homemaker services. Potential participants are individually evaluated for eligibility.
